Medical center trustees attain full certification


Greene County Medical Center was among eight health systems across Iowa to receive three star recognition for 100 percent board members participation in the Iowa Hospital Association’s board certification program. As the newest trustee joining the board in January 2020, Katherine Neese participated in the certification program for the first time.

The IHA Hospital Board Certification program is a voluntary process for strengthening leadership and accountability. The program provides educational guidance to ensure excellence, innovation and accountability in health care governance.
